Enjoy a brisk late-winter walk through the Wallkill Valley Land Trust's wonderful Nyquist-Harcourt Wildlife Sanctuary, where we will identify woody plants by their bark, structure, and buds. Trip leader Tom O’Dowd of the Kingston Land Trust will guide participants in exploring the trees, shrubs, and vines in this unique floodplain forest habitat. Join us to expand your tree identification skills and to examine buds for early signs of spring.
